During normal working hours Monday to Friday - we aim to reply to all emails within 2 working days. If you need an urgent reply please give us a call on (02) 9417 6111.

All orders require at least a 50% deposit or preferable full payment before the order can proceed. We prefer to take payment by credit card (all cards accepted except Diners. AMEX attracts a 3% surcharge). We also accept payment by EFT and cash. Existing customers can apply for a credit account for regular purchases.

Generally stock items can be dispatched the following day depending on the cutting requirements. We will confirm the exact lead time when you place your order.

We can deliver Australia wide using a range of couriers. You can also nominate your preferred courier.

Yes you can. We have a trade counter and a showroom, which are both located in Chatswood. Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am - 5.00pm and Saturday from 9.00am - 2.00pm, where you can come and collect your order or take a look at our wide choice of materials. Yes you can. We can cut your requirements from our large range of architectural plastics and engineering materials. A minimum charge of $50 inclusive of GST applies.

Yes, and we can supply electronic brochures and colour charts. We also provide tailored sample packs for architectural and building companies.
