cast oil filled Nylon 6 has been specifically developed to combine a low coefficient of friction with the stability and durability of conventional nylon materials.
This has been achieved through a unique manufacturing process, which permanently bonds lubricating oil into the material structure. Compared with natural and filled Nylons, cast oil filled Nylon 6 can withstand high speeds and unit loadings, and also bearing life is increased.
