Zellamid Nanoreinforced Plastics
Zellamid materials, developed with nanotechnology, go beyond the boundaries of Newton's physics and enter into Quantum physics. The nanotechnology allows to combine many important properties in one single product to suite many applications.
The nanoparticle reinforced Nylon 6 outperforms standard engineering plastics due to its high service temperature, high tensile strenghts and reduced water absorption. Unlike glass reinforced materials, this materials come with excellent easy machining ability.

 Zellamid 202 XN is the alternate choice for many applications where other products are lacking necessary properties or standard materials are too soft as PTFE or too expensive as PEEK.
In comparison to to glass filled Nylon it is easy to machine as no preheating or usage of diamond tipped tools is neccessary.
