HMWPE
HMWPE high molecular weight polyethylene (PE500) is generally supplied in sheet form already planed to close tolerances and can perform at temperatures as low as -50ºC. It also boasts a higher wear resistance than PE300 giving it a wider range of applications within all aspects of industry.PE500 high molecular weight polyethylene is widely used for its impact resistance in applications such as cutting boards, fenders, hand rails and protection strips where repeated impact is expected.
