The finishing of cut sheets is very important for an attractive presentation of the product itself. After this process you won’t find any burrs or shape edges on the surface. The edge is smooth and will provide a clear and professional appearance.
As well as offering an extensive range of materials, Allplastics Engineering will cut Acrylic Sheets to size and diamond polish the edge if required.
Diamond edge will give the edge the same clarity as the surface of the sheets.Our Bermaq Diamand edge polisher will allow us to polish up to 2.5 meters long and pieces up to 100mm Thick.
For pieces longer than 2.5 meters or for non- straight edges we will polish Acrylics using flame polishing and buffing facilities.
