Our production facilities include CNC flat bed routing machines that are perfectly suited for machining hard and soft plastics.
Materials such as Acrylic, Polycarbonate, PERSPEX® Frost, Plexiglas Satinice, HDPE, HMWPE, PETG, Polypropylene, Nylon, Acetal and many other thermoplastics can be accurately cut on the 3m x 2m bed of our CNC Routers.
In addition materials such as Fluteboard, Aluminium Composite, PVC or polycarbonate which are not safe to be laser cut can be accurately reproduced using our facilities.
We can cut sheets up to 3m x 2m and a depth up to 60 mm thick.
