Computerised Numerical Control
Our CNC Routing facilities allow our customers to receive consistently replicated parts which are cut from sheets of Acrylic, Polycarbonate, MDF, PVC, Polypropylene, PTFE, Acetal, ABS, HDPE and Laminates such as Tufnol, Formica, Aluminium Composite Panels. Unlike Laser cutting CNC Routers can be used with a diverse range of engineering and building plastics without any toxic fumes or burnt edges that a laser cutting machine leaves. Our Router table sizes are 3050x2030mm thus allowing the machining of parts and large panels with no joints. We request customers to provide us DXF file format drawings to save costs of programming and speed response to quotes.
